BAR SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a confident, friendly & enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Bar Service Assistant in our private members club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience, good communication skills, be honest, trustworthy and reliable. They will also have a good work ethic. Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Duties include:

Bar Service
Cash Handling - Cashing up at the end of the day, float management
Cleaning the bar area
Ensuring the clubhouse is in a presentable manner at all times
Assisting the Bar Manager with varied adhoc duties, as and when requested
Ensuring members and guests alike receive high quality service at all times

SOUS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIE

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie, with a stable C.V. to join our professional catering team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and educated to a good standard. They must be highly organised, efficient and have the ability to work alongside our friendly catering team.

A tailored training programme will be provided to support an induction into the role, ongoing appraisals, professional development and support will also be given.

Due to location, own transport is essential.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing all food items from snacks to main lunches
Preparing as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Following recipes and presentation specifications
Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining a clean working environment whilst adhering to Health & Safety standards
 
Working between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, occasional weekend hours as and when required.
